Intelligent food should be given at the early age of a child.

Common illnesses in preschoolers and babies and how food can help
I will not bore you by telling you why a mom should follow a healthy diet when a baby is ready to start eating solid foods. Instead, this article aims to inform moms of the symptoms that can cause a poor diet that starts to appear even when a baby has just started eating solids and the consequences.
When my children were only a few months old and eating solid food, I noticed what other moms used to feed their babies and how the wrong diet affected their health.
Frequent colds and ear and chest infections were something I noticed often, and later, when they started pre-school, I often heard teachers saying to moms that the food there were sending their kids to school was the cause that affected their health, lack of consecration, overactivity, slow development, excessive irritation and crying. On many occasions, I also heard moms instruct the teachers not to forget to give their kids the antibiotics they were taking due to colds and infections.
Something that needs to be said is that all children get sick, even those whose diets are very nutritious. However, the difference is that the defence immune system of a child with a healthy diet helps fight colds and infections quicker and with much milder symptoms, and in addition, tends not to catch frequent colds and infections.
Another vital factor is that the fewer antibiotics given to a child, the more the immune system fights back. Conversely, the immune system is weakened when antibiotics are given very often.
Since then, things have changed for the better. There is much awareness regarding a healthy diet in general. However, I still can’t help but notice that too many moms still buy and feed their children ready-made meals because it’s convenient for them.
I often see sick kids in doctors’ offices holding sweets, chocolates and crisps in their hands and drinking sugary soft drinks. Many are overweight and very restless.
Moms who are allowing their children to eat things that contain sugar, artificial colourings, tartrazine, and other harmful ingredients or unhealthy cereals, pastries, white bread, processed meats, frizzy drinks, sauces, sausages, cakes made of with white flour, and takeaway food, is not too late to change their children diet and provide them with healthy nutrition that will help them have a healthy body and also helps to develop the function of their brain.
Many lucky children happen to be born intelligent. But unfortunately, others may need help to reach that level.
Best wishes
